To assist in the provision of women’s health care in the Northern Neck and surrounding regions, Dr. Stout relocated to Kilmarnock in July 2004. She provides the full scope of office-based obstetric and gynecologic services for women at Virginia Women’s Center’s locations in Kilmarnock and Hanover. She is on the medical staff of Rappahannock General Hospital and also participates with the Northern Neck Free Health Clinic.
Dr. Stout is a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She has also been named a fellow by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the Richmond Academy of Medicine, the Medical Society of Virginia and the Northern Neck Medical Association.
