At Virginia Women's Center we participate in many managed care plans and see patients with traditional insurance. You can view our list of insurance plans we accept below, but to find out if a particular physician or clinician participates with your plan, please contact our office or your insurance company.

Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept checks and most major credit cards at our offices.

Some insurance plans may require that you get authorization from them before you visit us. Since this differs by plan, please check with your insurance company so you can receive complete benefits from your coverage. We also have trained in-house staff who can answer many of your insurance questions.

Please be prepared with your insurance card and co-pay at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Thank you.

	Why can’t you use the health insurance I have on file with the hospital?
	Virginia Women’s Center is an independent physician practice with its own administrative systems and medical records. It’s in this way that we can provide you individualized, specialized services.
