Our staff
It’s no secret that our patients love our physicians and staff members. We’re proud not only to have one of the highest staff-to-patient ratios in the area, but also we boast a very low turnover rate among staff. Our clinical and non-clinical personnel remember our patients from year to year – and enjoy getting to know their families, too. Over a nine-month pregnancy, you and your physician form an important bond. That’s why the physicians at Virginia Women’s Center make it a point to deliver their own patients, whenever possible.

Your convenience

• Virginia Women's Center is the only women's health practice in the area to employ two maternal-fetal medicine specialists (MFMs). Drs. Lisa Troyer and Rod Love consult with patients and their doctors on high-risk pregnancy in our AIUM-certified ultrasound suites.
• To avoid delays that may keep you waiting, our physicians deliver only at the hospital adjacent to his or her office. This proximity keeps our physicians close and accessible, which is where our patients like them to be.

• Routine blood tests – numerous during pregnancy – shouldn’t require the inconvenience of another stop. Each of our offices has an on-site lab. And you can be assured that your doctor or nurse will call you back with results in a timely fashion.
