Take I-95 South to 64 West.
Take Glenside Drive, exit 183A.
Bear right onto Glenside Drive at the end of the ramp.
Go through the light at the 64 off ramp, then turn right at the next light onto Forest Avenue.
Proceed through the lights at Bayberry Drive and Skipwith Drive.
Pass the hospital campus on your left. Go .3 miles and then turn left at the light at Discovery Drive.
Turn left into the three-story Forest Medical Plaza. Our office is on the second floor.

From East of Richmond
Take I-64 West to Richmond.
Take I-95 North through Richmond.
Take I-64 West toward Charlottesville.
Take Glenside Road, exit 183A.

Take Huguenot Road over the Huguenot Bridge.
After crossing the bridge, turn left at the second stoplight onto Three Chopt Road.
Follow Three Chopt to the third stoplight and turn right onto Skipwith.
Take Skipwith to the light at Forest Avenue and turn left.
Pass the hospital campus on your left. Go .3 miles and then turn left at the light at Discovery Drive.
Turn left into the three-story Forest Medical Plaza. Our office is on the second floor.

From West of Richmond
Take I-64 East to Richmond.
Take Glenside Road, exit 183A.
Turn right onto Glenside at the light at the end of the ramp.
Take next right onto Forest Avenue.
Proceed through the light at Bayberry Drive and Skipwith Drive.
Pass the hospital campus on your left and then turn left in .3 miles at the light at Discovery Drive.
Turn left into the three-story Forest Medical Plaza. Our office is on the second floor.

If you are heading east, such as from Parham Road or Gaskins Drive
From the intersection of Three Chopt and Forest Avenue, the Forest Medical Plaza is on Forest Avenue .3 miles east on the right. Pass Honey Tree Apartments on the right. Then turn right at the next light, Discovery Drive. Then turn left into the three-story Forest Medical Plaza. Our office is on the second floor.
